• Promotions are available to new and returning customers, but not to current customers with an active rental, and are not valid on unit transfers or additional units — unless a specific promotion states otherwise (e.g. FREE250).
• Limit one promotion per customer, household, or address. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer and have no cash value.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required to rent. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke a promotion if abuse, duplicate accounts, or misrepresentation is suspected.
• 250th Birthday Special (Code FREE250): Available to new and existing customers on select unit sizes. Pricing: first month $2.50, then 25% off months 2–3, 20% off month 4, 15% off month 5, and 10% off month 6; the standard monthly rate applies from month 7. Requires a 6-month minimum stay. For existing customers, the schedule is applied to the next six months of rent on your current unit. Required insurance is not discounted and is billed as usual. Offer ends July 31, 2026.
• First Month Free + 3 Months 50% Off: First month's rent is free, then 50% off the standard monthly rate for months 2 to 4 on select unit sizes, auto-applied at move-in; the standard monthly rate applies from month 5. A security deposit equal to 75% of one month's standard rent is required at move-in and is handled per the rental agreement. Required insurance is not discounted and is due at move-in. Offer available for move-ins completed by September 30, 2026.

• Minimum stay / early move-out: If you vacate before the promotional period ends, the promotional discount is forfeited and the difference between the discounted and standard rate becomes due. Your security deposit may be retained to cover this amount.
